What we will need

  • A signed Order Form, accepting our terms and conditions of business.
  • Payment for any setup fee and the first months usage.
  • A completed Direct Debit instruction to cover your ongoing usage costs.
  • Details of all of the users you need to access the system.
  • Details of which software you are choosing to subscribe to.

How to Sign Up

We aim to keep our signup process as streamlined as possible. There are a number of different pieces of information that we need you to provide, and we also want to be sure that you understand the ongoing charges for your usage. Please call our sales desk on 0800 195 0835 to discuss your needs with one of our team. We will then be able to advise you of the most appropriate options for you and ensure that you are able to provide us with the correct information to get you online as soon as possible.

Once we have all of the completed information we aim to complete the setup processes within the following timeframes:

New Accountancy Partner (Bureau) setup including bureau features and branding4 working days
New End User setup (contracting with us and not via an accountancy partner)2 working days
New users for an existing customer, or a new client for an accountancy partner (bureau)1 working day
Changes to your software subscriptions1 working day

Suspending Service

If you need to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time please contact us. You are able to suspend user accounts at any time (subject to proper validation of the request). If you want to reduce your subscription you need to provide us with a full calendar months notice, and so immediate cessation of services will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to the monthly cost of the services being withdrawn. Transfer of service between users (where allowed by software licenses) does not count as withdrawal of service.
