What Resources are Available

Many of the resources we provide our partners and users can be downloaded through the Document Store. The document store uses our Secure File Exchange and so users will only be able to access the files that they are authorised to see. For example, unless a user's account has been marked as having 'partner' rights, they will not be able to see partner specific resources. This allows us to provide access to all of our information through a single interface.

In addition to the Document Store we have also included pages for easy access presentations and videos that we have prepared. The presentations and videos shown on these pages are for public access and users do not need to login to access them.

Within the Document Store there is information on how to access our systems, user guides for the software we host and the system itself, pricing, terms and conditions, ordering information, and so on. We also provide a range of materials to support our partners, including our comprehensive Partner Manual and a range of promotional materials.
